Your account

You need an account to use NoVay. Keep your password to yourself; anyone with it can read your conversations. You are responsible for what you send through your account.

Fair use

Each account can generate a limited number of AI replies per day — currently 30, counted and enforced on the server. There is also a shared daily budget across all accounts, so replies can pause for everyone if it is reached. Both reset at 00:00 UTC. Rapid repeated requests are rate limited.

What you may not do

• Ask for instructions that would help seriously hurt yourself or anyone else.
• Use NoVay to build weapons or to plan serious violence or serious crime.
• Attempt to reach other people's accounts, conversations or data.
• Automate the service in ways designed to get around the usage limits.

No warranty

NoVay is provided as-is. Output may be inaccurate, outdated or simply invented. It is not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Verify anything that matters before acting on it. Availability is not guaranteed, and conversations could be lost in the event of a failure.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give the app permission to store it and to send it to the AI provider so replies can be generated. You can export or delete your conversations from Settings.

Ending things

You can stop using NoVay and delete your chats whenever you like. Accounts that abuse the service or the safety rules may lose access.
